Incomplete Flat for 9 months

<p>I have been leaving at a flat in central Johannesburg. This flat is called York House owned by Urban Task Force. I’ve been living in this place for nearly 9 months and it’s still not complete. And what I mean is by the following</p> <p>My taps have been leaking, my windows are dirty due to the paint and I cannot clean them myself as I cannot reach. My pipe area still has no enclose, so one constantly has water being flashed down. On top of everything they promised to put a shower curtains, but then they turned around saying that I should buy. Before I could move in they had promised that everything would be completed by the time I moved in. On the day of moving in, nothing was done and so I had to wait for 10hours for them to complete what they could complete. </p> <p>I just finished school and I’m working as an intern it’s not easy finding a place with what I earn. My problem is that I pay fully every month and keep my end of the bargain, but Urban Taskforce makes promises that they cannot keep. To top it all off they have added charges to my bill, charges that I’m not aware off. I’m only an intern for year and my contract is ending I can’t wait to move out.</p>
