Eviction

I was evicted on one of the property buildings on the 11th day of the month. This is after I had stayed on the premises for 2 years. I was only owing half that month's bill but i as kicked out without a noticed. they only told me my contract has been terminated. and that was after being loyal to them for 2 years. Guys if ever you are planning to get yourself a place to stay dont ever consider this **** property management company. they are hell lots of good companies out ther offering a very good service. companies like ITHEMBA, JOZI HOUSING, CITIQ etc you really feel the value for your hard earned cash. on top of all their **** service they charge tenants for hot water services whilst the water is never hot during winter times when its needed the most.<br> More so they is no secure parking within the buildings, at one time one of the tenants had his car broken into while parked whithin the building and was never compensated, the list is endless basically nothing is right from ******* care takers to non working lifts etc
