Braam Gate - UTF Building Complaint

Braam Gate which is owned by Urban Task Force is the tallest building in Braamfontein. With terrible management, false promises and atrocious response times, the building does not stand tall as a great living space.

Cold showers, security gaurds always asking for bribes, cheap material to build the living units, frequent power and on and on.. The list continues.

I urge young professionals that plan to live in the building to reconsider this decision. There a better places out there.

The marketing was a lie as well. No Cinema! Those 400 Parking Bays smell like a hijacked building.
