BEWARE URBAN TASK FORCE

I am highly disappointed in not only the lack of customer service from Urban Task Force management company but also to the lack of communication from them. Requesting proof of anything is against their policies. This is ******* and they should not be operating in any manner as a property management company. They need to be investigated for ******** practices.

They provided me with wrong information and their miscommunication between their buildings (Braamfonteingate) and the main office is crazy. I ask for receipt of payment in terms of them sending the breakdown of what the deposit consists of and they refused telling me that they cant do it. People need to be aware that there are laws that protect them before signing any leases. These guys do not have the interest of the tenant at heart. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!
