Bad service from the Building supervisor

The caretaker of our building Quartz Plaza is very rude she doesn't know how to work with people its the third time now when I book a sleepover and she does not book it when you ask her she gives you attitude, She doesn't treat tenants right it has to come to an the building owners have to do something about the way she treats us,we once reported that in our flat when it rains it leaks and the balcony door doesn't lock since we moved in April 2018 but nothing has been done
