BAD BAD BAD RUDE EMPLOYEES

<p>In November my rent and deposit for the flat was increased and l paid everything. In April my rent statement came with an increase which l took up with the property manager Victor nothing was done, called the office was told someone from the accounts department will call me which never happened, went to the office and was told it would be sorted. Then the statement came with the same amount went back the lady who helped us the first time Tumi Direko did not remember saying the deposit issue will be corrected and she was rude and she said she couldn't help me. Why put people in the queries department who do not know how to help tenants </p> <p> </p>
