Bought shoes and paid for express delivery within 5days, shoes didn't come. 3 weeks later they arrived and they were all counterfeit products and one pair is even damaged because the shoes are made with some cheap peeling material that is cracking and falling off instead of Nike's original leather. The store has no physical address, and is under Shopify. I tried to cancel the order within 5days of the purchase once I started seeing red flags with my delivery but an useless AI bot is all I could get to, all emails including stated ones on the online store are bouncing back saying the server doesn't exist. Capitec Bank couldn't help me and they just kept making it hard for me by saying I must get a letter from Nike confirming that they are counterfeit products, but all the stores representatives in Gauteng said it's not their mandate to verify counterfeit products.
