Urban Auto not a trustworthy dealership

3 months ago I bought a vehicle from Urban Auto. The second week after a lot of trouble with the car, a **** spare key and no proof of Dekra check they said I must bring the car in for a faulty starter. After 2 days the starter's noise is back. Now, whats wrong with the car...? **** spare key, Grill was damaged, the car was in an accident and didn't tell me. They told me its polish marks. The battery gave up on me and George from the dealership told me a battery only have a 7day warranty. Now they ignoring my messages, handle me like a ****roach and I am currently busy with the MIOSA to see if they can assist me with this matter. At the day of delivery, Paargen, the sales person told me to hurry up with the signing of the documents because he needs to get back to do some other stuff. They don't have any customer satisfaction and handle their "after purchase" customers like they don't exist. Stay away from them.
