Dishonest car dealership
I would strongly advise anyone considering buying a vehicle from Urban Auto to think twice. I purchased a vehicle from Urban Auto in April 2025 and began experiencing problems shortly after taking delivery. Despite repeatedly reporting these issues and returning the vehicle for inspection and repairs, the dealership would often keep the vehicle for long periods without providing clear explanations of what had been repaired. The problems persisted, and I was eventually left with no meaningful assistance. I have since spent a substantial amount of my own money on repairs and even had to take out loans to cover vehicle-related expenses. The situation has now reached the point where the engine has completely broken down, leaving me with a vehicle that is no longer usable. This has caused significant financial loss, inconvenience, and stress. What disappoints me most is the lack of accountability and support after the sale. A customer should not be left carrying the burden of major vehicle failures, especially when concerns were raised from the beginning. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Urban Auto. Potential buyers should exercise extreme caution and ensure that any vehicle is thoroughly inspected before purchase.
