Volley ball TUKS takes your money, cancels tour

Paid my money over for a volley ball tour offerred by TUKS volley ball in August 25th 2013. To date have still not received my refund of R600<br> I have sent numerous emails, have had 2 responses saying they will get back to me. The financial manager never did get back to me.. <br> I will never book another school tour / camp with them they take your money and never pay it back and they cancelled the camp due to lack of student attendance<br> Thank you<br> Debbie
