Very poor service

I have dealt with tuks for 3 different occasions now and none of them have been pleasant. They are unprofessional and biased in my experience. The most recent 2 experiences involves applications. On both occasions I emailed the department and asked for help and guidance on specific questions. The answers I got were generic and very unhelpful. And now I'm told that I had to send in information to the department alongside my application which nobody informed me on, even after I asked about what I need to apply. I have now had enough of trying to overcome their endless issues and I am now going to recommend people don't apply or attempt to study here as there are much better and more organized institutions to go to. Very disappointed in the way the institution handles issues.
