Unprofessional Staff

I had inquiries about the BSc Architecture program. Dr Nico Botes contacted me and in a very unprofessional manner told me that I should not bother my time to even try and apply (even though my APS Score is amazing) and that I should rather apply at the other Architecture places in South Africa. Never have I ever been treated like this very very unprofessional. Its not like he will pay all those expensive fees no I'm paying it. I will not pay so much money if I know that I won't be able to succeed in this program. He doesn't even know the capability that I have.
