University of pretoria is unfair and not accommodative to some

I attended a Program in maintenance management in 2009 today, University of pretoria says they dont know me or have any record of me attending there. My ID number does not appear, so lets leave this thing of fly -by nights, our trusted academical institutions are not what we think they are! when i attended back in 2009, my qualification was NQF aligned and my employer paid for the qualification since it was one of the requirements, but today i have a paper in my hand that is expensive but useless.
