University of Pretoria is being unfair and problematic

Good day.

I have a huge debt at the University that I could not pay. They put a judgement against my name. I finally got in a position financially to settle my debt and a week after paying my debt no one responds via email. I always have to call to check if payment was received. They still have not sent a settlement letter and I keep having to send emails which don’t get responded to. My issue is is no one is bothering sending a settler letter will they ever clear my name on ITC. It’s been highly frustrating and I have worked hard to pay of this debt . Can someone just please acknowledge my payment and also send me a settlement letter and notify me when I will be cleared on ITC. You are very quick to remind us that we owe you but not quick when we pay and we need the issue finalized.
