Shamelessly wasting water

<p>On Christmas day we drove past the university's experimental farm on the N1N4 highway and saw a massive water leak at the N1 off-ramp. I was out of town and on return today saw the water is still streaming out of the pipe. This is so incredibly selfish to just leave the water to go to waste, even more so when we are in a drought. I drove though the Freestate this holiday and it is absolutely heartbreaking to see the farms without any grass and all of the dams without water. Yet, you seem to think that it's acceptable to leave this massive leak for more than a week (the we know of, it could be much longer). Fix this!!</p>
