Pathetic Service and Dishonesty

I app**** to study at Tuks after being told that since I will be readmitted into my faculty I will gain immediate acceptance for 2016. Last week I emailed their Student admin staff to find out why my application was unsuccessful given the above knowledge and I had also sent them the document I received when they readmitted me and even checked that with their staff in February if it would be fine if I apply for next year since I am working this year to finance my studies and the consultant explained everything in detail and clearly stated I will be accepted immediately. I have received no feedback at all since last week regarding the status of application.<br> <br> Please explain to me why on earth this taking so long if it seems like such a simple task, I was student before at Tuks and never received such poor service before.
