No Response from Enquiries

Good day,<br> <br> I have recently moved to New Zealand and in the process of getting my Degree obtained from the University of Pretoria at the end of 2014 assest for International Recognition at New Zealand Qualification Assessment. I have tried multiple times to contact the University from New Zealand which cost me a lot of money yet never able to get hold of any person through the (General Enquiries: 27 ()12 ***) number when phoning between 10:00 and 13:30. (which would be 22:00 - 01:30 in New Zealand).<br> <br> I urgently need to get hold of my Original Transcript of my Bachelor of Information Science. I never received this document and NZQA does not accept the downloaded version from the Universities website.
