lazy staff not doing their job!

I have a judgment on my name due to my university fees being in arrears. when I got employed I settled my account and requested that they send me a letter so that I can get the judgement removed from my name. The law states that a credit provider must submit all information relating to paid up judgments to ALL registered credit bureaus within seven (7) days of receipt of such payments. It has been 20 days and the staff at the university has not sent any such documents.. I have called them multiple times and all they give me are excuses. Today I was told that the person responsible for this process has been on leave for a week
