Harassment of people

<p>The university harasses people about outstanding student accounts and student loans. They threaten people with law suits if an account is in fact being paid. They try to force people that has no legal obligation or are not involved to take responsibility for another person's account. This is unacceptable. They also do not know how to do their job as one has to repeatedly remind them that payments are in fact made. Innocent people are being targeted and abused because the unversity is incapable of listening, reading and understanding as they do not update their system accordingly when informed of change in contact details and preferences thereof. Their lack of respect and inability to conduct themselves within the law is also unacceptable. I will not tolerate their abuse and accusations about accounts of which I have no business, and they cannot force me to take responsibility just because I may have the same name as that person who is in fact responsible. </p> <p> </p>
