Confusion

Greetings,

I trust you are well.

When I first app**** for NSFAS my first study option was UP however the institution rejected my application however on the NSFAS system it shows that I've been accepted according to the consultants when I call. I was asked to call UP and deregister and this is impossible to do because I had not been accepted at all. This is causing me to not be able to receive the necessary funding from NSFAS because my application status says I'm eligible for funding without enrollment where as I've been accepted at UNISA and I've fully registered.

I can't communicate with the Financial aid scheme myself as a lady at the head office said due to the ***** in South Africa.

Please help
