Complaint

<p>I have been trying to get hold of the Post graduate department for my husbands refund payment and there has been no answer in all the contact numbers i have been calling and no response vai email. I needed to find out how far it is in progress. I contacted the payments department and no one can help me. I have been trying to get hold of someone in the department for 7 hours and no one answers their calls or can assist. One of the other refund application I made was not captured correctly, the gentleman added a wrong amount to the one we wrote on the form and now everything is being delayed! I am very unhappy with UP, and its inconvinience</p>
