Cathy Sandis giving us misleading information

Last year sometime, i wanted to apply for admission at the above mentioned institution and i called and spoke with Cathy Sandis who suggested I drop her an email and I did. She responded by saying I should apply in 2019. I relaxed. I app**** this year only to be told admissions are closed already last year. I requested to speak to Cathy and instead a lady who introduced herself as Doris wanted me to tell her all the whys I wanted to speak to Cathy and after a long time of explaining she said no Cathy would never say that. I insisted to speak to her, ultimately she answered unapologetic that shes sorry if she said that, in fact she denied it at first until I mentioned that it is in black and white. What do I do now I want to study. I cannot afford to sit at home the whole year. Its even more painful that I also gave this misleading information to my friends who also wanted to further their studies Can somebody intervene?
