AN ONLINE REGISTRATION MESS ABOUT

I have been trying to register for my PHD at the University of Pretoria for the last month. Unfortunately, the online registration process at the University of Pretoria is truly lacking in user-friendliness. After several failed attempts at registering, I managed to apply but came to face several more snags in the process.

The online interface process is simple enough to follow, but lacks user-friendliness and approachable agency - I am unable to alter/edit key features such as program registration dates. Proceeding to contact the HELP desk only leaves me with a back-and-forth assistance process, where each department (Student Service Centre, Faculty Student Assistance, etc.) keep referring me back to the other.

I miss the days I could walk onto campus, face a person, sign a document, and know that I am registered.

This online fiasco alone makes me question whether it is worth registering at the University of Pretoria?
