YOU ARE FAILING US ...false hope to our children

Good day i am not happy at all my daughter app**** for space at your university since 2018 till to date this year u told me the is no space we accepted boom Friday u sent me the email that she got space i was so happy and my daughter too why do u give us false hope now i got an email that the is no space anymore why because i paid the registration in full u cant tell today about space then boom tomorrow the is nothing i need clarity because even your help desk could not help me they keep on sending me to a number that no one is picking up now my daughter is very ill as she is suffering from lupus can imagine how she going to face this year again sitting home u make our kids feel like failures
