Worst service from transcript department.

Never had such poor service!!! It is as if the people handling the transcripts are being spiteful. After 6 months of waiting and emails back and forth between us about all the mistakes and missing subjects or incorrect subject descriptions in my transcript, I finally get a correct one (but not stamped yet). It goes to be stamped and when I receive the final copy, papers are missing. How is this possible??? Not only are they wasting my time and money, but the specific people handling this are also costing UJ a fortune in international postage.
