User unfriendly website

Their website is the most annoying and user unfriendly website I’ve ever encountered in my entire life. Even government websites are far better than this. UJ needs to change its ENTIRE website. I know so many people who never finished their applications because it either glitches or gives you the run around or you can’t upload documents. Then you can’t find the things you’re looking for or you’ll click on something thinking it’s a site and it’s a pdf yohh nkos yam BURN IT FIRE !!!! I logged in ONCE with a wrong password and they locked me out of my application. This is the reason I never accepted your admission to do my undergrad with y’all because the website is ****. I thought 4 years something would’ve changed but noooo SAME OLD ****.
