Useless service from the UJ staff

All I'm trying to do is find out when am I graduating and these idiots at UJ are offering me NO help with this. I love the university, I obtained a Diploma in Transportation Management as well as an Advanced Diploma in Transportation Management , so I have a deep love for UJ. I need to know when my graduation date is because my dad needs to plan around it as he is not in the country and would really love to come to my graduation. I've sent email and got no replies but the one reply I did get was very vague saying " Between March and April" *** ??? If they want their money now , they get it now. Now please explain to me why is it so difficult to give me a proper answer. I just got of the phone now with someone from UJ and she said I must wait for them to email me ?? I've been waiting and nothing has been sent to me. The day I got my results ( after I had to pay my fees) I sent out email just trying to get answers and its the 7th of March and I still have no idea when I am graduating
