Unnaceptable Administration Faculty of Engineering and the Built Environment (FEBE) - University of Johannesburg

Unprofessional, *********, and disrespectful admin staff, from the head of faculty admin, down to the receptionist.

They are unacceptably slow, rude to their paying customers and are unwilling to help anyone.

At times I have sat there for hours while they are on breakfast, lunch or some other useless excuse. They also sit in their office doing nothing and ignoring the fact that someone is waiting for them outside.

Every single year there is a problem, they do absolutely no work throughout the year and then can't meet deadlines because the work is so piled up towards the beggining and the end of the year.

Their admin processes are archaic and slow, they do not even have competent staff who know how to use the system, and they ignore you completely when you ask questions that they don't want to answer. I have received nothing but rudeness, and unhelpfullness.

They never answer any emails or phones, so there is no use even trying. Worst experience I've had so far in my life. If I could give no stars I would have.
