University preying on the young and defenseless.

I have tried deregistering for almost two years. University of Johannesburg refuses to deregister me. Ive emailed people is all areas of the chain of command they respond but never deregister me a apparently I recently revived an email stating I will be handed over for an account in areas but the university never allowed me to deregister. Disgusting that this happenes imagine how many struggling students have been bul**** into poverty by such a big institution due to this incompetence.
