University of Johannesburg, when will you pay my money back?

Dear UJ Finance department,

After the experience I had with you I will never recommend anyone to study at UJ ever again. My Co**** was over paid by quite a bit of money and it has been impossible to get my money back. After 9 months & 5 attempts to apply for you my refund I still have not heard anything back from your "friendly" staff. Even after receiving the "we will get back to you in 14 business days" it has been longer than that now and still no response. This is getting ridiculous now.
