University of Johannesburg refuses to Refund me due to not having proof of payment but they can see from their side that I have paid the money.

UJ owes me R2860 ans yet they do not want to refund me because I don't have proof of payment for fees that I paid in 2016, they just disregard my mails and not offering any assistance, I have been following up with them since 2017 and to this day they haven't assisted. They're too quick to demand money from us but can't do the same thing when they have to refund.
