Unhappy service

Hello I am using my colleague account since I can't log in with my information, my name is Nothile Mhlongo my contact number is *** and my e-mail is ***. My problem is I have paid the registration for my daughter of R3870 on the 22april 2023 and Her student number is ***, I have ask for the refund and they have ask for my bank statement and I did forwarded to them, I would like to be refunded my money since my daughter is not studying with them, they keep on saying they don't have the money even when u have send them the proof, I would appreciate if you can help me.
