Unhappy applicant

The university of Johannesburg is very unprofessional and ***********.On friday 25 January 2025 I received an admission letter and as I tried to register it could not process because of an error I could not understand, I was advised to pay registration fee before registration and I did but my registration still said error when I called I was told that the institution does not have space and there is nothing they could do to help me, and that I would only get a refund(not full) amount in March. But on Monday 27 January 2025 my friend received a an admission letter to the same course that was "full" when I tried to register.
