Unable to Register for Past Transcripts and No Reply to Queries

On 29/07/2019 I attempted to create a profile to access my past academic transcripts.

The website is https://digitalcertificates.uj.ac.za

The website gave an error when trying to create the profile using either my student or ID number (I tried both).

On 29/07/2019 I e mailed my problem to *** as appears on UJ's website.

I e mailed again on 02/08/2019 and on 06/08/2019 but have not received any response as yet.
