UJ refusing to pay back the registration Refund

My niece app**** for a space in University of Johannesburg Bunting Road campus for a Dip in Logistics Management. They asked to pay R3 870 as a deposit. We then went to UJ to complete the application and then suddenly was told there is no space which subsequently the application was declined. That was the 12th of March 2021.

I then requested a refund of R3 870 from March 2021 of which has been declined three times now whilst all documents have been uploaded. I have sent numerous emails with no response and cannot get through any of their telephone lines to understand exactly why they have declined the refund application so i can rectify accordingly.

This is getting highly frustrating. The level of incompetence in the refunds and finance department is highly disappointing for the University of this caliber. It is becoming clear that UJ is trying by all means to keep monies that are due to the same students they have turned away. This is highly ********* and i will be taking this further to expose these bunch of *********** individuals.

Can someone in the department address this as a matter of urgency before this becomes a much bigger issue than it should.
