UJ refunds totally *******

i app**** for my child after payment they rejected the application, i am now struggling to get my refund, my child profile is now totally out we cannot even login, they unable to assist on the phone i want my R6000 back. the consultant i spoke to just kept quiet on the phone. Capitec unable to reverse my money i need it. student no ***, from the 01/02/2024 waiting to submit now this. Don't you think you holding students to register somewhere else? i want my money that's all .
