UJ is no longer what it used to be!!! A total **** with pathetic service!!!

In January my daughter was provisionally accepted at UJ and we were requested to pay a deposit. A few days later she was notified that the course is full and she has to choose a different cause. We decided to register her elsewhere. In March the refund period commenced. We completed the refund application and attached relevant document. The application was then rejected and we were asked to redo it. We redid it and now its rejected again after doing exactly as instructed. This is now almost four months later and monies have not been refunded. These are monies that at the time we could have used to register her elsewhere ,or by textbooks etc. It ridiculous that we are subjected to this kind of service. It also seems like a **** that UJ accepts much more students knowing very well it cannot accommodate them. The refunds team does not answer their direct line. I have been calling for three days now with no luck.
