UJ IS A ****. I'M STILL WAITING FOR REFUND FROM JANUARY 2021 TODAY'S DATE 07MAY 2021

UJ is refusing to refund me, I have app**** for refund from January. they have rejected my application twice and I have uploaded everything required and re-app**** 12 April 2021. they are not responding to my emails and not answering calls. Today's date is 07 /05/2021 when I check on their website my application is still on hold.
