UJ failed me

Below is an email I sent to the university’s ombudsman in 06 June 2019, did I get help? NO

I have been having an ongoing issue which cant be resolved for a year and a few months now. Please find time to read and assist with the below:

2017 i completed my BA Degree funded by NSFAS, it paid for everything until i graduated and got my certificate, everything was paid for.

2018 i did my Bcom Honors, i was funded by the faculty Bursary, which also paid for everything, in June 2017, my financial statement said that there an amount due to me, but i never paid attention to that, i could still see my June exam results.

A big surprise came in March 2018 when i graduated, for my honors, i was told that i cant get a certificate because i am owing an amount of R10 000, and i don"t know where that comes from, honestly, I confirmed with my bursary and they assured me they paid everything.

I went ti finance, no one was able to give me a good explanation as to where the amount comes from, i"ve been sent from pillar to post, no one could assist me, until this day, no one has been able to help me, ive made calls and came to the faculty, went to finance still nothing, no one knows how to help me, and now i"ve been handed over to lawyers and they tell me that i owe R 7000, from R 10000. One of our classmates had the same issue, but they were able to write it off because it was a big amount. so what does that say about mine? its only a few thousands, i must pay? i"m very disappointed and drained by this, i graduated, i don"t know my results or have anything to show of it.
