UJ does not take care of the disabled students

My Daughter suffers from MS which destroyed her optical nerve. all we are asking for is that her UJ give her more time for test because her vision is bad and the need to give it to her a bigger format , non of her lectures are doing this - we submitted letters from her neurologists and psychologist and still nothing from UJ. my child is an A student but because she cannot see she is now failing her tests, why is we all-only ask for two things from UJ - but they cannot assist my visually impaired child. so much for caring for the disabled. We are distressed.
