UJ DEPRESSING STUDENTS

UJ moved me from Diploma in Accountancy (what i app**** for) to Bcom in Accounting (which I didn't apply for) and then decline me for it because of space constraints. I spent days calling (since the 20th of January 2023) and sending emails trying to correct the issues but each correspondence gives me different reasons for the occurence such as: its not possible, they cant do anything about it or they send me to someone else but the person never answers. They barely answer their phones no matter how many times I call. when i ask for solution they tell me apply for something else which is not fair because i app**** for my course in time but still got moved which was to my inconvenience clearly. When I ask to be moved back to Diploma they give me numbers that do not go through. I email Zoleka Ntozini she said there is nothing she can do because she is not part of the selection process. I again called *** requesting the relevant person/department for assistance they say a lot of students experience this problem when I ask for the solution i get none.
