UJ acceptance

Hi my Sister received an email that she was accepted to do a course at UJ for Mechanical engineering but coming from Eastern Cape she arrive last week they gave her also a REZ but yesterday she was told that the is no space, having paid registration fee for course but now they told us the space is full ID number*** student number ***, we sent her in JHB knowing she already has space, now she is all alone dont know what to do, please kindly assist
