Tuition refund ******-***

UJ hasn't paid my full refund after my son canceled his studies in 2019. UJ only paid me half of 3989.99 and they claimed not to have money to date. I want my money. I have provided all the dicuments that were requested and only received 1500. I want my money urgently.
