Shattered and sad frastrated!

I app**** at UJ since last year September I passed my matric with B degree uj sent me communications to say application successfull then today I felt like my world is being shartted when I got the response stating they do not have any space available I've been calling them for the past 2 weeks to do a follow up and told to wait then nw this!!! It true that they consider ppl who have paid them first then us the unfortunate we last to be considered when they say they will notify me when there's space available when will this be?? coz time flies something has to done about this since last year I submitted my application.
