Rude woman

I phone UJ today, and was referred to the number ***. An Indian woman, by the name of Deroite or Deloitte answered and was extremely rude to me. She was shouting over the phone and then hung up without even assisting me in the enquiry I had phoned for. I have never experienced such abruptness! Her conduct was absolutely appalling!
