Rude and unprofessional staff

Spoke to a lady by the name of Wilma in the payroll department at the Auckland Park Campus. Wilma was very rude and unprofessional. All I asked was for my Tax certificate and she practically told me very rudely that it will only be ready in June. She also didn't respond to 2 of my emails.
