****** OUT OF MY REFUND

I am so sick of applying for my refund at UJ since 2017. I have not been helped and the system is not reading my uploaded documents, despite me having uploaded all the required documents. Yesterday a lady by the name of Margaret from the refund office said she was going to instruct me on the uploading of the documents that are not reflecting on the system and every time she calls, she then cuts the phone and accuses me of cutting it. I have been trying to get back my refund since 2017 to no avail. I need these funds to pay my rent, which I started the application process for on the 7th of August and still not accessed them. It's ridiculous that a national educational institution of the caliber of UJ would rob students financially. I would not recommend trusting that this university has any regard or care for its students.
