REQUEST FOR TAX INVOICE

I got admitted to study at UJ and my employer wants to fund my tuition fees but Thapelo Motaung from UJ Finance wont give me Tax Invoice, It's been over a month now. He does not even respond to my emails and I already missed cut off for Tax Invoice submission.
