Registration for Unida

The lack of response I've received from Unisa within the pass few months is truly hilarious. I've tried numerous of times, to register with unsia however it picked up my credentials with my Identity Number. I manged to get hold of the relavant department,who had issued me out with a student number. I sinces I've tried logging on with my current 'student number' , I've been revoked 100000 times. I then sent an email back to the person I've been corresponding with, he took approximately four days to attend to my inquiry,or evens a full week? Depending on his attitude I assume!!! Bear in mind this dialog is with the supervisor..

He then responded weeks later, saying' I've entered the details incorrectly, according to his understanding' and I then immediately sent a print screen showing I've followed his instructions. Sincerely after the last correspondence we had he never reached out to me again NO response Nor refferall. I'm not asking for the, I just need to register before the role closes.. I'm losing out on another opportunity... Because of his lack of interest.

I'm so disappointed in the lack of communication. I feel I should keep the person responsible for not being able to assist me or send me to the relevant department if needed. I should the role close I'm surly going to keep him accountable for me not being able to register.

We all are struck by this epadamic, as we know varsity is closed, and online is the only source. But no assistance!!!!! Yet because of one person's lack of interest becoming my conflict,makes everything miserable. And I I'd like to do is just enroll before the role closes once again..
