Refunds

I have been struggling to get my overpaid fees back from the university for the past 3 years. The last payment made to them loaded twice as it said that the first payment did not go through, but after the second payment my statement reflected two payments. I have uploaded all the necessary documents such as bank statements as well as a directors resolution from the company that paid my study fees that the amount may be paid into my bank account.

I cannot log into my black board which UJ uses as a student portal in order to try and retrieve my money AGAIN.
